Refund policy

Order Cancellation & Refunds:

  • You cannot cancel the order or demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed.
  • Refund requests are only considered if the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

Damaged Products:

  • No refunds are provided for damaged products; however, they will be exchanged according to our exchange policy. (if its only manufacturing defects)

Refund Timeline:

  • From the date of written confirmation, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original mode of payment.

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Products cannot be returned if a customer does not like the product after delivery or feels it does not meet expectations.
  • Incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer do not qualify for a refund.
